Why do I see less usable money in my wallet balance?

In case you see less money for your wallet, it may be because of one of two reasons:

1. AmazonPay is only showing you the available amount that you can use, especially if you have already booked a ride with us and the charge for the ride has been blocked and thus made unavailable
2. Your wallet recharge has not gone through successfully and the updated balance has not reflected the amount you charged with.
