I was not able to change the payment method during the ride

If you have selected any cash or cashless instrument (except for Wallets and Ola Money Postpaid) for your ride, you can change your payment method to any other payment instrument.

In case you have selected wallet or Ola Money Postpaid as your payment method, you are not allowed to change your payment method once the ride starts as we will block the ongoing ride amount in your wallet beforehand.
