It's important to take a rider directly to their destination as defined within the app. We know plans change and riders often have multiple places to be so we've built a multi-stop feature within the app.
To keep you and your riders safe while driving, we need you to take extra care when a rider asks you to change the destination of the trip.
If a rider wants to change their final destination or stop over somewhere, they must enter the updated drop off point(s) on their app.
When taking a rider to their destination, it is important to understand that if there is a large discrepancy between the estimated fare for their ride and the actual fare at the end of the journey, then it is both fair and reasonable for a rider to request a re-completion of the trip if they are unsatisfied with the bill.
Hence if a rider does request a change in destination or additional stops it's important to request that the rider updates the destination within the app accordingly, to avoid a dispute of unreasonably high fares.
