What happens if my card payment dosen't go through?

If payment is pending for a ride, then you cannot book any ride until payment is made. Retry using the same card or pay through Ola Money. You can either try to make a payment again through your saved card or choose an alternate payment method.  

Please Note:  Cash payments are not allowed for pending payments after ride completion.
