I am getting invoices for rides I have not taken.

If you find that bookings are being made using your account without your permission, we recommend to change the password of your Ola account immediately.

You can also click on the Report Abuse link available in the invoice emails. This will block the Ola account associated with your email ID from making bookings.

To change the password of your Ola account, follow these simple steps-

- Go to your app menu to see your name and mobile number.
- Tap your name to visit your profile.
- Tap CHANGE PASSWORD. You will be asked to enter your current password before you can create a new one.
