How to automatically onboard existing Ola users to my company’s Ola Corporate account?

You can easily onboard employees who are existing Ola users to your company’s Ola Corporate account by opting for the ‘Auto Onboarding’ feature at the time of account signup. (You can request your Account Manager to help you with this.)

If employees are existing Olacabs users with the same email id or phone number then we will automatically enable their existing Olacabs account for taking official rides. We will also send a welcome email to all employees on their registered email address.  


Please note: Employees can change their mobile number from the welcome email or Travel Admin’s can update employee details from the dashboard.
