How will I know when to approve or reject pending rides?

All official approvers (Assigned by Travel Admins) would receive ride approval requests through emails on their registered official email id’s.

If the frequency of the approval is set to Instant you will receive instant ride approval requests:


You can approve/reject rides by clicking on the required action from the email, or you can request for additional details from the employee by clicking on the 'Seek Details' option. 

If the frequency is weekly or monthly you will receive the following communication:


You need to log in to your Manager Dashboard to action your team's official rides.
